As a result, we have often been early adopters of new technologies and today, we continue this forward-thinking approach by closely following technical trends, creating innovative teams like our AI Research function and using the best Cloud and DevOps solutions available.

Join us on our Technology Solutions training programme and you’ll work with cutting-edge technology to create new business solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal clients across the firm to fully understand what they need, then work in your team and with other Information Systems colleagues to create technical systems and applications that deliver real results. Equally you may be work with teams focused on increasing the performance, stability and security of our underlying systems.

Technology Solutions is a two-year rotational programme to develop the technical and team leaders of our future. It is designed to give you an understanding of the department, the different teams that operate within it, and the range of technologies we use. You will join us in a permanent role from day one and receive all the necessary training to broaden your skills and discover your future potential.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of a 2:1 or the equivalent in any degree subject
• A passion for technology – we’re looking for people who have a genuine interest in how we can harness the benefits of technology and how it can have a positive impact on everything we do
• A proactive, adaptable approach – on the programme you will be rotating around a wide range of teams and you’ll need to be comfortable with change and have a passion to continuously learn
• Great relationship and networking skills – this programme is all about building strong relationships and working collaboratively so you’ll need to be able to work with a range of people at all levels
• A critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving – we’re looking for people who enjoy working with complex scenarios and can collaborate with others to achieve business solutions and shared goals
