I was able to see first-hand the extraordinary benefits that healthcare technology can have on people’s lives through my previous experience in the healthcare industry. I am now able to work on innovative solutions that impacts healthcare all around the UK.

What does your role involve?

Commercial graduate scheme - I have started in Solutions and will rotate in the second year into a new role. Within the solutions team I have been given the chance to see how different parts of the business is run from communicating with internal and external stakeholders to aiding in bid management.

Be proactive – network yourself, offer to complete tasks, do not be afraid to add your ideas in meetings and most of all ask questions!
