Why did you choose to work at Philips?

Philips had a well-known high-quality reputation as a multinational corporation. I wanted something that would teach me how a big business operates and provides me with good quality business experience in a positive environment.

What does your role involve?

I am currently a part of projects that attempt to solve issues and create long-term solutions to make my department operate more efficiently.

Use the assessment centre process as a learning experience and even if you don’t think you performed to the best of your ability, the hiring team focus on many other aspects when considering you for the role.
